Having made a career in property sales and lettings over the past 12 years and passionate about offering a more modern approach to managing property sales and lettings, Jennifer took the plunge in September 2020 and established Surrey Abodes in the centre of Guildford.
Jennifer’s exceptional client-focused, personalised, tailored customer service has helped Surrey Abodes in standing head-and-shoulders above other agents in the area.
When not working, Jennifer loves to spend time with her husband, two inquisitive daughters and the family dog, Rocco!

Clare has always been driven by a deep passion for homes and interiors. She began her career with a luxury homeware brand, where her passion and creativity elevated her to the role of Marketing Manager. From there, she joined one of the UK’s top exterior remodelling specialists, where she spent her days happily immersed in beautiful architectural designs and stylish properties.
Now, Clare is excited to embark on a new chapter as a property consultant, bringing with her a wealth of administrative and marketing experience, and an eagerness to help others find their dream home.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, capturing memories through photography, and spending quality time with her family. Clare also loves trawling antique shops for unique finds and trying to persuade her husband to redecorate – yet again!
